Amelia often sits near the tree, gazing at the presents. She’s either contemplating the end of another year, or she’s plotting her attack to take down the tree long enough to distract Roger and me while she tears through the wrapping paper and ribbon. Either way, she looks sweet and innocent.

Amelia decided to help me wrap Christmas presents tonight. She helps by walking over the paper so I have an excuse for my lack of wrapping skills. No really, the kitty wrinkled that paper . . .

Nothing a paw to the face can’t hide. This practice also happens when the alarm clock goes off. WE DON’T LIKE ALARMS… or anything that disturbs nap time.
